"Like Holding Company" is a business founded by young entrepreneurs led by Ayaz Shabutdinov which provides business educational services. LIKE BUSINESS Clients gain the practical knowledge on how to build up and take off their business.

The LIKE BUSINESS management team has decided to implement an automated accounting system.

The grounds for this decision were some difficulties the Company faced while gathering management reports. Excel and Google spreadsheets were not able to ensure the prompt generation of reports for the Holding Company. Due to the segmental record keeping, it was labor-intensive to collect general Company information. There was a high probability of data loss or misrepresentation while generating analytical reports. The planning process was also quite complicated and time consuming.

Project Objectives:

• Improve productivity by efficient planning: Generating budgets of different departments in the automated system and automatic data gathering from income & expense budgets and cash flow budgets.
• Reduce labor intensity and increase operational efficiency of the management report generation: automatic generation of plan/actual report of cash flows.
• Consolidating data relating to financial flows in a single information base using automatic data import from payment systems.
• Improve transparency and control over banking operations: generating spend approval requests by "Products".

In order to achieve these objectives, the “LIKE BUSINESS” management team turned to 1C-Rarus, a highly professional and reliable partner with vast experience in the automation of accounting systems and certified under ISO 9001:2015 management quality system.

1C-Rarus specialists advised creating a new system based on 1C-Rarus:Finance Management 3 and developed on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

The software implementation enabled the automation of all business processes of the financial department related to the generation of Company budgets and spend approval requests. The new accounting system allows the Company to approve payment requests, generate payment registers, and prepare budgets for developments.

Within the Project, 1C-Rarus specialists performed the following:
