Scania CV AB

For 1C-Rarus clients

Letter of Appreciation

Scania-Russia, a Russian importer of Scania CV AB Concern, hereby confirms that it is a user of the Unified System of automated accounting developed by 1C-Rarus experts. This software is used for the operational accounting of the small auto repair shop that provides services for Scania trucks and sells genuine spare parts.

The developed accounting system covers several spheres, including a servicing station, warehouses, the Procurement Division, as well as the Management Department. Several experts can work simultaneously in the unified system. They are an accepting authority, a foreman, a storekeeper, a warehouseman, a warranty expert, a salesman, an accountant, specialists of the Division for Logistics, and company managers. The system of spare parts accounting was created according to the European standards (the catalogue of spare parts includes 60,000 items) and supports complex systems of the storage logistics.

The accounting of dealers’ requests, orders to the main company (Sweden), working process of the service station, transport charges, customs operations, import, and inventory was realized in the software solution. The automated system of work with dealers was developed and approved. It provides a kind of interaction between importer’s and dealers’ warehouses.

Scania-Russia – Scania Service, a dealer in Moscow, and Petroscan CJSC, a dealer in St Petersburg, are using 1C-Rarus systems of automated accounting
