SWATCH-GROUP Russia has successfully finished a process of personnel data converting from the MS-Access database to the 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 database. 1C-Rarus was chosen as a main supplier of services as we had a previous successful experience of collaboration with this company.

During the project 1C-Rarus experts converted data on:

• individual persons;
• positions and subdivisions;
• hiring orders, orders on staff appointments and dismissals;
• orders on leaves, orders on sick leave notes.

We would like to mention that data of the old system were fully converted and exported to the new database. That made a change-over to a new accounting system, 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8, simple and convenient for users. Moreover, during the demonstration of data import employees of HR Department were able to familiarize themselves with some possibilities of the new system.

We are completely satisfied with the achieved results and would like to express our sincere thanks to Maria Chernyshova, the project leader, for her professionalism and attentive attitude towards all project members. Deployed system allowed us to organize our HR management more efficiently.
