The central office of 1C-Rarus Group Company and its three subsidiaries were recertified during the annual certification in July 2013. The classification society, Det Norske Veritas Company, has approved the unity of approaches to the quality management system in all offices of 1C-Rarus in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Samara. The achievements in the company’s life during the previous year were noticed. They are the started process of typification for procedures and work regulations as well as the keen interest of subsidiary directors in perfecting the general quality management system.
1C-Rarus Group Company has obtained its annual certification. Traditionally the auditor was a certification company Det Norske Veritas (DNV). 4 offices of 1C-Rarus Company in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Kazan and Samara have been certified during the thorough audit on the matter that the company runs with the correspondence of its quality management system to the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2008.
Auditors rated the quality of providing complex services in both languages, Russian and English. The provision of services was connected with the spheres of automated management and accounting by means of 1C software and some program solutions developed on the platform «1C: Enterprise» by 1C-Rarus itself. The auditors have inspected 4 subsidiaries of 1C-Rarus Company on service provision starting with the assistance service in making a decision of required program solutions, development of new program software and its architecture and ending n installation of newly developed systems and their further support, and personnel training in their own learning center.
The unity of approaches to the quality management system was on the focus of the supervisory audit. Some positive results have been mentioned in this sphere. At first, it is a process of typification for procedures and work regulations started in the company. Together with that it is also a possibility to adapt the unified procedures to the kind of work in different subsidiaries. The great involvement of the subsidiary directors to the improvement of the unified quality management service within the group company was also mentioned as an advantage by the auditors.
The perfect organization of users’ support service and aiming at the best complex service provision were highly appreciated within the focused area.
Auditors stated the significant growth of the company because of the consolidation of the subsidiary chain and the fast development of main courses on the automation of different business spheres. Det Norske Veritas (DNV) is an independent classification and certification company. It was founded in 1864. Nowadays, it is among five major companies in classification society business. It has 300 officers in 100 countries and over 5 500 employees. There are several important industries where the company operates.
